As a long-term strategy, Marconi sees "conceirge journalism" as part of a new conversational model of news in which the journalist plays the roles of instigator and moderator in group communications and much of the content publishing is derived from automation and bots.: "This is what gives value to the story; the journalist is responsible to initiate the debate and moderate it.
