Dr Kirsty Park is the Policy Lead at EDMO Ireland and a postdoctoral researcher at DCU’s Institute of Future Media, Democracy and Society. Her work focuses on disinformation, media policy, and internet regulation, specialising in the Digital Services Act and the Code of Practice on Disinformation, She recently led a European Parliament study assessing the risks of gendered harms for women and girls on social media and she led the data analysis on the Reuters Digital News Report Ireland (BAI)...

Dr David Robbins

Dr Dave Robbins is director of the DCU Centre for Climate and Society, and an associate professor of journalism in the DCU's School of Communications. He worked for 25 years as a journalist in national print and broadcast media, and also worked as a special advisor to the Minister for the Environment. Dave's research examines media representations of climate change, and he has worked with several media organisations to strengthen and deepen their climate coverage....

Dr Dawn Wheatley

Dr Dawn Wheatley is an assistant professor in the School of Communications whose teaching and research focuses on journalism, political communication, and social media. She received her PhD in 2018 for her research into online news production and coverage of the Irish healthcare sector, and remains particularly interested in sources, voices and diversity in the news.
